Labour brings up two ideas for me: downtime and hirelings.
On downtime, Labour is something newer players can do to earn some extra coin between adventures, but probably not much, so I typically ignore it.
For hirelings, they’re all labourers, hired help that stays to help because they’re paid to. But that’s why we have morale rolls to see if they stick around. My group has a torchbearer named Giuseppe, and we’ll see how long he sticks around after they keep making fun of him…
